    Hi, I come from Washington DC born and raised. Calvert County is where I live now, Calvert is called the "charm of the Chesapeake , bordered on one side by the Patuxent River and the other by the Chesapeake Bay. It is not too far from Washington DC (40miles) and our lovely Solomons Island is a great tourist attraction. I am 67, and aim to lose 60 lbs which will get me to 150lb goal. I love to chat, love company on my ventures so who ever feels that over 60 is not too old to get into shape come join me!
