Hoola hoop is a toning form of exercise and class are run.
Would like an idea of how to acknowledge that in the system and log the calories burned.

probably around 5 calories a minute.... maybe less, maybe more.... form factors in, so, there is no real answer... A good hula hooper can do it with pretty minimal effort... it also matters what kinda tricks and stuff you're doing...
my suggestion... make a realistic guess and move on.0 -
It is there as a Wii exercise ... under cardio (those three minutes can be a challenge). I would think it would be pretty close to the real thing?0
