  • hope you ladies have a great weekend,,, I already did a tough 20 min on the elliptical and am doing house work... I am also going to take the dogs for a 30 min walk and get in my ab video (10 min) and some wii fit yoga.... after a poor showing on the scale I need to step it up if I am going to make it out of the 150's this month... kick butt ladies!

    i updated on friday 8/6 to my new current weight of 136, just want to make sure i'm on the correct spot. i wouldn't move to the top bracket till this coming friday , right?
  • gchick.... yup you are in the right spot... i just jumped the gun b/c I had a good weekend (finally)... last night I was bad.. really bad... I don't know what comes over me... I practically ate everything in the house... pizza, ice cream... soda... ugh. all the BF's stuff... I really wish he wouldn't bring it into the house... erg. today I am doing well (so far) so we will see if I can keep this up and drop another lb by friday
