If it was easy, everyone would do it. Don't do what everyone else is doing!!


What are most people doing? Sitting on the couch, eating processed food. Hence the obesity epidemic. Don't do the "norm". Step outside the box and do the hard thing!! Take a step today to get fit. It doesn't have to be a big step, but a step none the less.

    I will NOT drink wine - this leads to binge eating, hot flashes and feeling like crap!!!

    I get so tired (work full time, night time student) and talk myself into sitting on the sofa. I am going to the gym today.:flowerforyou:
