    Well done! I know how running with extra weight feels, it isn't easy so respect to you! :) (I'm a lot better at it after dropping 3.5 stone)
  • excellent - did my first 5K 2 weeks ago - 10K planned for October - plan to be considerably lighter when I run that one.... you've inspired me to keep going x

    Yes keep going! You'll be surprised how quickly you can build from 5-10. I resumed running at the beginning of feb, after a month i was up to doing 9 km then i had to have abdominal surgery at the beginning of April. I started again after two weeks and it was like going back to zero. Tonight i ran 13.5 km and aiming for a half marathon in a few months.

    Don't stop :)
