I saw this on the Today show & figured I would give it a try again. I am back on the dieting wagon. I gained almost 30 lbs from my current job (desk job) and am finally to the point where I'm tired of wanting to break the mirror every time I see myself in it. Hope this works! Look forward to hopefully making some new buddies...:happy:

I'll be your buddy! I've done Weight Watchers and other diet programs but this one is by far the best. You gotta make the life change and make it a life habit. I was watching Jillian Michaels on GMA and she says that the counting calories has to be a lifetime change. She said she'll be 80 and counting calories. You also have to workout at least 30 mins a day to maintain. Make a lifetime habit. I've made my habit and it has seemed so easy this time. I know that if I don't stretch my calories throughout the day, I don't get to eat. If I want something special, I make room for it throughout the day. This has been a God-send and it 's FREE. :laugh: How much better can life be? I've lost 23 lbs in 45 days.... God bless you on your weight loss journey!! :flowerforyou:0

Thanks for offering to be my buddy! I actually was on Weight Watchers for awhile before I got really sick. I lost about 20 lbs in 2 months. Then I injured my neck & back & was ordered by the dr to take a few weeks off work & couldnt do anything but lie on the couch. I was pretty much living on pain killers & gained all my weight back plus some! I dont attend meetings anymore but have been keeping track of my points on my own. It's been tough for me to stay focused since I keep getting discouraged but i'm hoping that i'll succeed this time!0 -

I am new here too Just wondering how did you lose 23Ib in 45 days? What did you do beside of the cal count? What kind of work out do you do? I am trying to lose weight as much as I can I am just tired of being over weight!0 -
Keeping a journal of what I eat and that it calculates everything for me keeps me so motivated I love it!0

I keep a journal too by doing it on my phone. I actually download Calorie Counter when I first got my phone in April. i had no idea that this site was responsible for it, but I'm happy to know that it is. I raved about that program to everyone after my first week of using it. I think its the best program i've ever downloaded....so useful! Now if only they could make it for the palm platform too!0

Hi, I play JUST DANCE for 45 mins and a lil Wii fit plus. I walk about 2-3 times a week. Some one told me for me to be able to lose weight i need to burn 500-1,000 calories everyday. He said to do Cardio but, I dont know any Cardio exercises. Can you help me out?0

I heart Turbo Jam! Granted I am totally uncoordinated so i look like a 'tarded bean when I try anything dance-y but I enjoyed the workouts a lot.0
