The Today Show lead me to this web sight earlier. I plugged my info into the food diary and decided to start immediatly. I usually like to eat ice cream and/or chips at this hour while my husband and children are in bed. This is going to be a much better outlet for me. I cannot believe all of this information and support are free of charge. Are there any other night owls out there?

    i'm most definitely a night owl. may i ask what exactly the Today Show talked about? i've seen a lot of posts today mentioning what was shown on today's Today Show. welcome to the site, and best of luck!
