5 days into my Diet

well 5 days have gone by, and apart from the evening i had fish & chips, i am pleased with myself,
I have stuck to my food guide.
3 days untill Sunday when i will have my weigh in,, fingers crossed and hoping,
every little helps and as long as i have not gained i will be happy.
I hope i am writing in the right place , i am new to this,

Try not to think of it as a diet as that makes you think your depriving yourself. I find thinking of it as controlling your calories is better way. Congratulations on your success and keep positive0
