Will fitbit register Kettlebell swings?

You aren't moving your legs, so would I be better off with an HRM for kettlebells? I do alot of walking and stair climbing (an being dragged by my dog!) throughout my day, so I want the fitbit - can't really afford both. suggestions?

Body Media is the only thing tht can accurately account for weight based exercises.

My pedometer chart (jawbone) looks like I was practically sedentary during body sculpt. It seems to have measured the jumping jacks and a few steps here and there, but it also says I was idle for half the time.
