    I ate what I wanted as long as I stayed under 1500 calories a day - that includes sweets, pizzas, pastas, all the stuff that I loved before. I knew for dang sure I couldn't give them up even if I wanted to...plus, I knew that I could lose weight and still eat what I love in moderation.
    As for exercise - I burn anywhere from 300-800 calories a day depending on the amount of time I have. I do the elliptical, treadmill, and just love to take walks. I also do lots of ab exercises and leg workouts (i've lost 5 inches off my thighs in the last 2 months thanks to leg extensions!)
