Food Rut?? How to change things up?

So about 16 months ago I began my fitness journey - dedicated myself to P90x and staying active (along with adult league hockey). Dropped 40 pounds - changed my diet to a Mediterranean/Asian based diet (try to avoid the processed garbage).

I have maintained my target weight for like a year now, but I am beginning to feel like I am eating the same dozen or so meals now. Don't get me wrong - I am still loving my oatmeal and egg white and avacados, salads etc.

Any suggestions on how to change things up or break out of an eating rut (not really a rut, but just sort of a boring routine of the same type stuff)...

I dont have much advice but if you are really want some advice you will need to let others see your food diary. I like some whole grain bread with PB on it. Ill have a hamburger with no bread just dip it in mustard normally. My diet is fairly consistant also other than the occasional pizza or icecream.
