My personal fav is a fruit and yogurt smoothie. It varies in calories dependant upon which yogurt you use, and what fruits, but it is typically between 180-220 calories. Below is the one I prefer, it is 206 calories.
Activia vanilla greek yogurt
1/4 cup OJ
4-6 medium strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
2 ice cubes
1 splenda package
throw it all in a blender, and YUMM-O! I do this for a healthy dessert some nights too. Last night I added fresh pineapple instead of the raspberries.0 -
