i would like to know wat food could pump up my muscles ?
i am looking for many different type of food so i won't get boring from certain food ,,plz
plz if u can post your daily food , so i can know new food

No food will get your muscles pumped up, that is a whole science. Stick with high protein, good carbs and dark green veg diet together with weight training 4 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. A good portion of porridge before weight training normally keeps my muscles strong, rice cake and fast action protein post work out.0

it looks like english may not be his first language so i wouldn't be too hard on him.
i don't personally weight lift for muscle building, but try googling "weight lifting for beginners," there are several website with nutrition guides available alongside them for muscle building.0 -
