Pistachios - I literally will sit there and crack those things open until my fingers bleed.

Ice cream - can't keep it in my house.

Pizza and Salsa and tortilla Chips. Oh! and breads!

For the pizza, I try to make home made to try and cut calories. I even make my own pizza sauce which is super easy and quick!

I try to substitute veggies for the tortilla chips.

I haven't found something to curb the bread yet

Chips and salsa, nuts, and mashed potatoes are mine. But I don't want to cut them out, so when I eat them, I measure out the amount I want to have ahead of time and put away the rest (with potatoes, I serve myself and then put any leftovers away). That makes me more mindful when I eat, because I know there's a limit.

Potato chips, tortilla chips with salsa, and fresh donuts from a bakery - these are definitely foods that are difficult for me to eat in small amounts.

Peanut butter, nutella, cookies of any variety, poptarts, and pancakes/waffles with butter and maple syrup. Strangely salty/greasy things like pizza and chips don't appeal to me at all personally.

Ice Cream, Chocolate covered peanuts. I can't have any in the house. I do have sugar free fudgesicles, only 40 calories and it is a fair substitute. At least I feel like I am getting a treat.
