Pretty much everything junk-y. I just cleaned out my cabinets and brought all of the temptation foods (raffaelos, cadbury mini eggs, pralines, oreos) into work. Fortunately I work with a bunch of men who are pretty much vacuum cleaners. Temptation gone!!!0

For me its pretty much any type of fast food!! Once I have a taste I swear its like crack and im eating uncontrollably.0

Nothing I can't say no to. But I don't need to say no. I work hard enough that I can have it easily.
It would be rather hard on anyone to say no to anything ....just make it fit in your allowance & you are all good.0 -
Mine is cream cheese cake, chocolate cake with icing, choco - fudge cookies, and chocolate chip cookies.

Baked goods. Lately it was scones. Our local Fred Meyers (Kroger) has a raspberry/white chocolate variety that is soooo good.0

Popcorn and chocolate. Thankfully my favorite microwave popcorn is only 140 cals a bag so I've been able to work that into my diary almost every day. Even with chocolate, I take a fun size M&Ms (70 cal) to work - I intentionally eat them at work because if I eat them at home I'll be like "Mmm, that was good...gonna get another bag' - at work it's all I have so I can stick with just one fun size bag.0

Cheese, sopressata & crackers. I can't have it in the same room as me. There is no portion control with this stuff.

ok so I can not really be motivated to write a list so ill just sum up what I can not say no to and that is every thing that is fatterning and not good for you sweet stuff savoury stuff and every thing inbetween I love food to much and I have the weight and the stomach to go with it so ashamed0
