Hey I'm a newbie on this site. I'm a grad student at Southern Illinois University and I just wanted to say hello to some people especially those who are mostly on the go like myself.

What are some tools that helped you succeed?
Is anybody doing Jilian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and how is it working for you?
How can I best use this website?

    HI I went to SIU in 1983 and just joined this site. I live up in Elmhurst right now and am a grad student at UofI online. Where did you find the Jillian michaels shred?
