June 1, 2011..... 2 years ago today I decided I no longer wanted to live at 335 pounds. I changed my way of eating to low carb. Did plenty of research into it till I figured out the right balance of foods for me. Started dropping weight at a pretty decent rate. Sept 2011 I joined a gym and started doing light cardio. I kept adding to the cardio and kept pushing myself to do more. In 13 months I weighed 185 pounds, 150 pounds lost. When I hit my goal I told myself I would start working out with weights and cardio. 11 months later I am still at 185 pounds and still working out at least 5 days a week.

Let's see what another year will bring....

Did you (or do you) have problems with loose skin?

Yes, mostly in the belly, legs and chest, because I was over 400 pounds 10 years ago so I have plenty of loose skin.. I can tell it is slowly going down but I know the only way to get rid of it completely will be surgery if I ever choose it. My arms aren't that bad with loose skin.
