I would like to keep up with the Brazilian Butt Lift program the entire month and start c25k.
I'd also like to start waking up early to do my workouts to get a jump start to my day (I am NOT a morning person)
I'd like to encourage my cousin to start working out with me as well.

I'm aiming to lose 4 lbs this month and plan to start using the weight machines at the gym again. Also, paycheck willing, I hope to pick up a starter set of free weights before the end of the month.

I'm almost able to do a pull-up, and I'd be thrilled if I could do one by July, or even by the end of the summer.

    1. Lose 4lbs and break out of the 190's (currently 193.4)
    2. 100% paleo except for a 1x a week preplanned cheat meal (that remains ok in my calorie goals, even if its not paleo)
    3. Gym time at least 4xs a week

    1. Do the 30 Day Shred at least 5 times a week.
    2. Drink plenty of water.
    3. Increase my potassium intake.
    4. Bring my blood pressure back down to *normal*
    5. Maybe....quit smoking (not sure I'm at the mindset for that yet)

    1. No bingeing! I really hope I've put this self-destructive behaviour in the past.
    2. No alcohol for the whole month. A challenge, but I'm committed.
    3. Finish 30-Day Shred (I'm on Day 15) and keep up the exercise after I'm done.
    4. Start riding my bike.

    Good luck everyone!

    1) Continue to build muscle and lean out.
    2) Cut down a bit on the sugary/wheat based foods.
    3) Start enjoying life and finding focus outside of calories and the gym.
    4) Get rid of the thought that I need to get back down to 133Ibs or less(was 125 last year), since now I have built muscle and got to a low bodyfat%, it would be quite difficult.
    5) Get my hips down to 35" again.

You're plateau is probably from your low calorie intake. Try increasing your calories instead.

Goal 1-I am in a challenge of doing 150 miles in month. I completed that last month, so I am upping to 180 miles per month.
Goal 2- I am in a squats/crunches challenge. I plan to complete that but also do push ups and lunges too with it.
    Goal 3- Lose 6 lbs.
    Goal 4-Cut out soda again.

To lose 8 pounds (3 months until I turn 40 and I want to hit my goal of losing 100 pounds).
Get up the nerve to try some more group fitness classes at the gym (Want to try Body Combat and Booty Barre).
Continue checking off new foods to try from my list.
Complete the ab challenge that I started (this one could be tough, I despise crunches).
Keep working on limiting my stress/emotional eating.

    *Lose at LEAST 5 lbs
*DRINK MORE WATER (I often times forget)
*Cut down on junk food cravings (Womanhood makes that hard at that time of the month).
