    Keep loosing weight, at least a 1lb a week, start my exercising again after being ill, and just stay focused on my goal!

    Have 90% of my drinking be only water!
    Continue to have zero alcohol
    Practice yoga and meditate every day :)

    I would like to keep up with the Brazilian Butt Lift program the entire month and start c25k.
    I'd also like to start waking up early to do my workouts to get a jump start to my day (I am NOT a morning person)
    I'd like to encourage my cousin to start working out with me as well.

    I'm aiming to lose 4 lbs this month and plan to start using the weight machines at the gym again. Also, paycheck willing, I hope to pick up a starter set of free weights before the end of the month.

    hello all, my goal is to get into the 11's by june 28th, my hen weekend :-) im currently at 12st 1lb so not far to go although im expecting a gain this fri weigh in as had a naughty weekend. still got time though.

    2~ Burn at least 100 calories a day
    3~ Start new diet and see how it goes
    4~ Lose about 3-8 pounds (been stuck on a weight plateau for the past few weeks. So annoying!)

    You ain't gonna get nice replies for this one. I don't get why people don't EAT FOOD! ED I don't imagine are any fun.

    2. 100% paleo except for a 1x a week preplanned cheat meal (that remains ok in my calorie goals, even if its not paleo)
    3. Gym time at least 4xs a week

    1-Bike or walk at least 130km this month.
    2-Go on two hikes with my husband.
    3-Only drink twice this month.
    4-Do at least 2 hours of cardio per week and 1 hour of strengh.
    5-Lose 7 pounds.

    Try to up my protein intake and decrease the carbs.
    Walk 6 days a week
    Lose 8 lbs.

    Lose 6 lbs or more, so the shorts that I bought last summer will be loose. Definitely attainable.
