    I use Tracy Anderson Mate Method workout and what it does it tones your body and you will get results automatically and run at least 4 miles a day. you fat will be melting and your body will be toned. I lost 17 pounds.

    I am all about bootylicious. Toned and lifted butt and June challenge to lower 4% bf. So far my workout is working wonders, http://www.thedaileymethod.com/. Squats and lunges, are out due to arthritis on my knees. My bikini body is getting more toned and of course my buttocks!

    I want to work on getting a more shapelier butt, tighter thighs, and less of a gut (I've still got a tummy pooch I really want to get rid of)...Wow, I guess it would have been easier to say what my goal wasn't lol.
