Anyone have advice for how to find the nutritional value when the resatraunt does not have one? I had a shrimp salad wrap for dinner and I've been trying to figure out a way to log it...

I just look through the MFP selections and pick the item that seems closest.
Of couse, if you know mist of the ingredients in it, you could always log them separately.0 -
Me, too! Or I break it down to the pieces in it and build it from scratch (Cup of spinach, which vegetables, dressing, shrimp, etc, and add it up).0
