    Have some veggie sticks for very little calories at all or have what you want and exercise extra tomorrow then?

    get some yummy protein powder and puff it over the hubz (XXXX) and lick it up

    2 large carrots (one would probably do, honestly) will fill you up big time. BIG TIME. and probably 20cals ish each, you can afford that.

    I just go to bed when that happens. Actually though if I hadn't gone to bed yet I wouldn't take it out of this days calories it would still count as yesterday.
