I just got a bag at Costco and made a blueberry pudding, The taste was good, but it was very runny. I would like some more ideas as to how to use these healthy seeds.

Thanks

I add about half a tablespoon of them into my smoothies! Great way to help fill you up and great source of Omega-3's and fiber.

Tablespoon chia in my morning yogurt, or sprinkle on peanut butter and apple tortilla wrap.

    Chia seed pudding :)

Just do a google search for recipes, because there are SO many variations ^^

Edit: this recipe doesn't fit into my lc lifestyle, but it looked pretty good!

Yes! I do overnight oats too and they are delicious - here's the recipe I've been following and the calories are in the database....

    PM Ingredients:
    1/3 cup regular oats
1 cup almond milk, and more if needed
    1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 ripe banana, peeled and smashed
    1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions: Mix together the above ingredients in a bowl and place in fridge overnight.

In the morning, remove bowl from fridge and add your magical toppings…
(I don't always add them, I feel it doesn't need it!! Also calories are about 320 with just the above its listed in the database)

    1 tablespoon nut butter
    Pure Maple Syrup
Directions: Serve nut butter in a spoon and drizzle Maple syrup over top. Serve overnight oats cold.
