    Inner thighs and abs after losing 112lbs actually a bit more total lets just say I have some loose skin (it isnt pretty)

    Not sure honestly. Some BF based off tape measures say 14% some say up to 30%. Judging by pics I would say 20% is what I am near. Still 2% or so from goal. :/

    Ultimate goal is 205 at 8%. I've been as low as 6%. Never been over 200 for more than a few hours, and not real lean at that. That's my ultimate defeat of my former stick figure self goal.
