Hello,

I just came across this community, & it looked like just the place I should join.

I'm just starting out on a weight loss/fitness journey & can use all the support, & knowledge I can get.

My name is Elisabeth, I'm 42, I live in Ontario, Canada, I have 4 children from 25 to 4, & I'm a nurse.

    I'm new too. Been on for less than a week. It has been really helpful. I'm 32 and lost 50 pounds about 3 years ago and realized its time for 40 more. Good luck
