just worked out for half hour on a stationary bike on a level up from where I did it last time and when I finished I thought I was going to throw up!, now is that cos I pushed myself to hard or just cos I gave my body a good workout!???

It's hard to say. Were you properly hydrated? I've been dealing with something similar this spring when I work out at home. I'm relatively experienced, so it had me a little surprised. I've chalked my issue up to extremely high pollen counts which are extremely high right now. I suspect that's not your issue though.0

Are you eating enough?0

Try drinking a protein drink or eating something. You probably just pushed your body harder than it's used to and it's freaked out.0

It means you pushed yourself to the limit, good for you! Keep it up and that level will soon become easy and you can up it again!0

It means that your blood got too acidic (has to do with O2 and CO2 exchange) and your body tried to compensate by removing some of that acid (aka - you puke).
It is not necessarily a "good" thing, especially if you keep going.0
