Brussels sprouts - Raw, 2 cup cut in half
Carrots - Raw, 2 cup, chopped or baby carrots
Red Potatoes or whatever potatoes you like 4 medium potato
Squash - Zucchini, includes skin, raw, 2 cup, chopped
Broccoli - Raw, 1 cup, chopped
Badia - Complete Seasoning, 3 tsp (or Season All)
Oil - Olive, 4 tablespoon
Spices - Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (and/or raw garlic chopped)
With this recipe, you can use whatever vegetables you like. I've made it different ways. I started out with the
first three veggies then on other occasions added the next two ingredients. I make it however much I want
according to how many meals I want to eat it.
I cook it at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. I stir once during cooking to get an even cook. I always check the veggies to be sure they're done, sometimes longer cook time is necessary.
I'm not a chef but I am creative and usually create my meals vs using a recipe because I like fewer ingredients than most
recipes give.

Yum! I've never thought of doing Brussels sprouts that way, but I bet it's good. My favourite roasted veg is cauliflower - there's something about roasting it that makes it soooo delicious...0

That's how I do it! Throw in chopped meat and you've got a meal.0

That sounds good too.
May try it. I've seen chefs on the cooking channels "roasting" cauliflower, saying the browning has
an awesome taste.0 -
I have a red pepper...Thanks. I'll throw that in too.0
