Any of the crispy chicken sandwiches (Red Robin, Chilis, etc). So delicious and so calorie packed. They are my food crack.

Have you tried freezing the extra cookies? I do that. I put the extra cookies in a baggie, 2 cookies per bag, and freeze them until I want some. Then I take out one bag and its only 2 cookies (:

    what extra cookies?

Nutella. It's only an occasional splurge, but I have to really watch myself with it. This is why I rarely have it in the house. =p
  • Cheesecake, thats like my biggest craving everyday anyday.

Nutella, nuts or nut butters. Can't have them in the house. Once the bag/jar is open, I can't stop myself!

lol I love peanut butter by the spoonful too :( ... lol mydoc said to putit on something.... like celery, apple, low carb cracker, use less and spread thin, just to get the flavor.. so my two biggies are peanut butter and starches, carbs.
Such a good idea from your doctor! I'll have to start trying that so I can still get my peanut butter fix!

I don't count peanut butter cause it has some healthy factors that I use.

Home baked goods. I rarely bake anymore as a result. Most of my days in my food diary where I go over are because I decided to test my resolve.

kckBxer396, I love popcorn w/ butter, so I have I can't believe it is butter spray w/ my popcorn & it yummy & I don't feel guilty about the extra calories since each spray has 0 calories! :) You should try this sometimes. :)e

My downfall food our supreme pizza, KFC fried chicken & cookie dough ice cream. :)

Be careful of the whole "0 calorie" claim...

There's a TON of calories in the spray-- it's definitely not 0 calories; soybean oil, sweet cream buttermilk are some of the ingredients. Those ingredients have a good amount of calories. The reason why they are able to say it's 0 calories because a serving is 0.2g. TRICKY
