    1/4cup apple cider vinegar
    3/4 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 lemon, juiced (about iTbsp)
    1.50 tsp salt
    6 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
    1 lime juiced (about 2Tbsp of juice)
    1/2cup Brown Sugar
    6 Boneless Chicken Breasts

    1) In large bowl, Mix Cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt
    2) whisk in olive oil
    3) put chicken in mixture
    4) cover and let marinate in fridge overnight, no less then 8 hours
    5) cook on grill, 8 min each side
    6) Discard remaining marinade
    7) Eat and enjoy

    This is a great marinate, and you can also use hot sauce, or BBQ, instead of mustard, to change it up.. I use it all the time....

    so, how do you figure calories for something like this? I mean I could add up all the calories in the marinade but I'm not really eating all that

    What I can think of is to add up everything for the marinade and weight the marinade before chicken and after, the different is what is consumed. So if you can divide it into portions that match closely how much you ended up using out of the whole of it then you'd have a fairly accurate calculation of the calories. Sometimes for good recipes you have to do a lot more work to track it :)
