    For all the one's asking:
    This has taken me about 18 months, and I started out on weightwatchers, switching to mfp in february. I've changed my eating habits, and started working out. No magical diets, just doing it the old hard way. I still have about 50-60 lbs to lose, so I have a long way to go, but I'll get there.
