Soooo, I've been doing the insanity for a couple of weeks and tomorrow will officially make one month that I have completed.
My issue is I am not feeling any different. I follow the workout with the exception I have missed one or two of the scheduled workouts because once I.arrive home from work I am completely drained, but I do double up the following day to make up for the day I have missed. Can someone suggest some other workouts I can do after my insanity workout to possibly help me reach my goal weight.

I have heard that some people don't really start dropping weight until the 2nd half of Insanity - due to fluid retention by the muscles adjusting to the new uber-intense exercises. It is also important that you follow close to the eating plan in order to get the best results. Keep with it and see how you feel as you progress!0

I'm in recovery week of finishing out month one of insanity. I dropped 3 lbs in the first week and my weight has been at a dead stand still since. Most in the insanity group also aren't losing scale weight, it's common with this workout. Did you take measurements? I'm dropping inches and that's enough change for me to keep going. Also it seems most people really see their results in month 2 like already said.0

If you watch the introduction.. T Shaun explains that diet will be the 80% of your final results. doing insanity by itself will only let you lose some lbs and sure you will not reach those results that some people reached.0

or maybe you're building up muscles so you won't see any weight loss as while you are losing some fat you are putting on muscles weight. That is still great!0
