Recipe with flax seeds?

I don't like baking any other yummy ways to include flax seed in your diet? Please Homemade recipes, semi homemade or store bought products... Anything will help.

I use ground flax seeds often.
Mixed into yogurt, which I then mix with a little go lean cereal (and add some berries if I have them).
Added to tuna/chicken salad
Sprinkled onto cooked vegetables (adds a nutty flavor)0 -
I add a tablespoon of ground flax seed to the 2 ingredient banana pancakes (1 banana and 2 eggs).0

I mix 2 Tbsp ground flax seed into a cup of water, add a few drops of lemon juice and chug it down.

I make flaxseed pancakes! They are awesome!!
3tbsp ground flaxseeds
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp alum-free baking powder
1tbsp whey protein powder (just tried the peanutbutter/chocolate Designer Whey with it.!)
Mix together. Mine was a bit too wet, so I sprinkled a bit more flaxseed and coconut shreds in it. Then cook like regular pancakes.0 -

I add two tablespoons of flax seed to my morning oatmeal. I like the crunch, its better than just gooey oats. I also add them to salads, just sprinkle them on. And if you do want to bake, I bought the "Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" book and the recipe for whole wheat and ground flax bread is awesome.0

Dont know too many recipes for flax seeds, but flax meal different story...
Cinnamon muffins:
3 tbspn flax meal
1 whole egg
free drops of water
Some cinnamon
1pkg of Splenda or sugar free liquid sweeter
Microwave in cup/mug for 1~2 mins. Done.
Add raisins if you like.0 -
Throw 2 Tbsp of flax seeds into a smoothie or some oatmeal.0

I add a couple of tablespoons of flax meal to a lb of ground turkey when making burgers. It binds the patty and adds protein.0

We put flax in about everything. We buy them in bulk and have a coffee grinder specifically for this purpose. We also have four daughters who have no idea they consume flax on a regular basis. You can add it to soups, rice, sauces, oatmeal, etc. The only thing I will note is that it can be a thickener so experiment with the amounts you use.0
