So I did the fit test for day 1 today and was previewing the workout schedule. Is the last week really 6 days of the same workout over and over?

Week 5 is a "recovery week". That workout is a pretty light workout that focuses on stretching. Basically, after a month of super hard workouts, you get a week long break to get ready for a month of even harder workouts.0
