    from my "mommy" lol but am from Lawton, OK and came to Chicago,IL in 1969 when i was 10yr old and now i live a south suburb of Chicago!!! i just started to eat right "15 days-ago) i tried to stay active plus i do " very brisks walking (at least 5mph or for 75min) five to six times a week. i found out my kids ( old high school) a track and some stair ) but i found that you got to "shock" you body at time ( cause it will get " used" - to what ever you are doing) so change up at " times" so i want to try to lose fat for two months and get back into "weight-lifting" ( cause Muscle burns "fat"!!!) sorry for the lost story but i can be a "friend"

    LETS DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRAIN OUR BODY AND MIND!!!!! AND SOMEONE IS ALWAYS- WRONG OFF THEN "YOU!!!
