I'm new here and I've really got my mind set on losing this weight. But the physical motivation is not there. Any suggestions?

Try to find something you enjoy. I love walking with friends b/c we chat and I forget that I am excersing. The times flys by. Also start small and increase as you go. For example walk a mile the first day and then go 5 more step the next day and so on and so on.0

If u have a Wii try the fitness games on there u can challenge your self it's fun;-)0
