I'd like to know what others are taking as supplements. I'm thinking I need to add a multi-vitiamin but they make me ravemous.

Currently I'm taking:

Acidophilus
Glucosamine chondroitin
Fish Oil

I am currently taking Omega 3, Vitamin B50, D3 calcium,
Vitamin C, Calcium and Magnesium, Turmeric.
Currently having health issues so that's why I am
on this program to lose weight. I also see a Naturpatic
Doctor for advice to stay healthy. It might sound like a
lot of supplements but in my case it helps.
How are you finding the Glucosamin/condrotin?
I was thinking of taking that too for joint pain.

Raw One for Women by Vitamin Code (vegan multivitamin with extra B-12)
Evening Primrose Oil (for EFA's-since I'm a vegetarian it's a bit harder to get EFA's)
IsoPure protein powder (when I can afford it I'm going back to Vega-which is a vegan protein powder)
    Braggs Liquid Aminos
Braggs Cider Vinegar with mother (only once a week)
Vervain (hormonal issues, taken as a tincture during the week before TOM)
Stinging Nettle (taken as tisane week during TOM)

I really struggle with sugar cravings--do you find that mullberry powder helps? Does it come in a capsule, or how do you take it?

It's WellBetX PGX with Mulberry. I don't crave the daily chocolate bar- and in my case, that's amazing.
