Frustration

I know that It doesn't happen Over night but it is frustrating. I even went as far as my husband bought me a brand new lawnmower so that I could push mow our HUGE yard i work my Endomond app and it showed I burned 270 (can't remember exactly without looking) and i was so proud. But this belly bulge is making me want to quit. I know I go from 175-171 then back to 175...GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I know i don't eat 100% the best and I know I need to eat better choices but sometimes i slip I know we all do...I just don't know anymore..Maybe I am to stay this size size 14-16 depresses me......:explode:

i was once a size 16! now i am a size 12 and I'm only 19 so you can imagine how frustrating it is to be young and fat. My goal is to be a size 8. I used to want to give up all the time but then i looked in the mirroe and realized if i stay the way i am and dont keep going im always going to be unhappy. Maybe, you can have a treat once a week. Thats what i used to do. I used to give myself an incentive but now i hardly eat junk food because i got so used to eating healthily. Its mind over matter. If you tell yourself something is bad you will stay away from it. I used to be obsessed with coke and had like 4 glasses a day but then i started telling myself that it looks like liquid tar and now i cant stand it. You just need to push yourself. Its frustrating but dont give up0

You can do it! Keep at it and a year from now, you'll be so glad you did! I know the ups and downs can be frustrating, but just stick with it! And yes, changing your diet and making healthier choices throughout the day will help a ton! Make sure you are drinking enough water and start swapping out your snacks to healthy options. Today I just had cucumbers and salsa instead of chips and salsa. I still get the crunch of the chips from the cucumbers and i love the cool refreshing taste of them with the spice from the salsa.
