Hi There
I like the look of a recipe i have seen on the internet..
It mentioned a egg substitute but i wondered how many calories it would be if i use real eggs?
Here is the recipe i found anyway and hope someone knows the answer for me... looks great for my weekend picnic :flowerforyou:

I don't know - I'd just add up the calories of the individual ingredients and divide by number of slices.
I love spinach frittatas. This one is my go to: Spinach, red onion, and feta: http://foodrevolutionday.com/recipe/11/contact-us.html0 -
1/4 cup of egg beaters is equal to one egg. One large egg has 80 calories, 1/4 cup of egg beaters has 25 calories. I use egg beaters for a lot of recipes including omelets. Can't taste a lot of difference, and sure saves on calories.0

Unfortunately we don't have egg beaters over here in the UK so real eggs are a must xx0

Just put all the ingredients in a recipe and that will give you the calorie count. ~0

My dh made me a spinach omelet this morning and it was awesome using eggbeaters white only, frozen spinach, mushrooms, canadian bacon, a little onion and feta cheese. It was great! I am not a big eggbeater person but I couldn't tell the difference!!0
