I like to search the workout "genres" that Pandora has. I've been switching between rap/hip hop fitness and country fitness.

Running is The Black Keys; love the cadence. Otherwise Eminem is my go to for anything I need an extra push for.

I switch back and forth between Punk and the Volbeat station. The punk station plays all of the oldies.

I didn't think to enter "Fitness" as a station. I have one that's just "Workout", but it plays a lot of gangster music with the N-word and B-word. I doesn't use it. My regular upbeat channel is Pink, and I think I've given a Thumb's Down to all her slow songs.

Lately I've been renting upbeat cds from the library and making a workout playlist with those. There's disco, hip hop, fast country songs, Weird Al, Aerosmith - all kinds of unmatched stuff on my workout playlist. The best part it, there's no surprises or sudden depressing songs.

Tupac and Biggie.. I like my gangsta rap when running/doing cardio. That or sometimes the Pandora Fitness Station. It has a good mix of hip-hop, pop, and electronic music.

If you like the style/songs but not the lyrics you can use the Explicit content filter in your account settings to "clean" it up.
