Hi. I keep seeing people say "I do lots of strength training for the whole body." but when I go online to see what I should do there are like 50 of them and I dont know which ones work the best. So far I see dead lifts as the most common.
What do you guys do that you SAW has good results?

Most compound movements, especially the big 3, squats, deadlifts and benching, although personally I think benching is over-rated0

In my opinion Stronglifts 5x5 is pretty good.

Even if you don't do the whole "program" to the letter, the actual exercises used are excellent:
Squat
Deadlift
Bench Press
Pendlay Row
Overhead Shoulder Press0 -
Squat, deadlifting, bench press, pull ups
^^ This, but I substitute bentover rows for pull ups and add in military presses. You can also add in cleans or push press, great whole body exercises.0 -
Power yoga.... not the "let's get Zen yoga" I'm talking about Baptiste Power Yoga (google it)... I'm sure I'll get a lot of slack for this... but I've lost 14 sizes...
