Hello

I signed up a few weeks ago but never used the site. Today I actually made a decision to stop thinking about losing weight and really do something about it. Hope I can stay on track!!!!!

    I agree. It is only one step at a time. Its your life, your the only person that can take control of it. Just remember, have fun while you doing it and you find you loose it more quickly. Laughter burns a lot of calories.

    you can definitely do it!

    try making small changes at 1st, cut out a few bad things from your diet, then in a week or so cut out a few more and so on, set yourself a light exercise plan, and gradually build that up too,

    also use the support on here, helps keep motivation up

    You can stay on track if you are serious about your journey. It is not easy for anyone to lose weight and the ones that serous about it succeed. There are many people in MFP that will encourage you. This is only my 6th day and have not had a weigh in yet. I am doing it for my health. Good luck to you.
