Weightloss rut

Over the last year I lost around 30 pounds. I was so strict with what I ate and I put myself on a very rigid diet. Over the last couple months, I have gained over 10 of those pounds back. The only way to describe it is I have completely lost control. I have ridiculous food binges that pack on the weight super fast. I eat healthy, well balanced meals during the day and I do lots of walking and zumba. However, the nighttime is a killer for me. Any pointers would be great! Thanks :D

    Let yourself have a couple small treats throughout the day! And Go to sleep at night if you can! Always remember..you did it once..you are strong..you can do it again!
