The pictures speak more than words can. I can't believe that I could keep up with this healthy lifestyle to better myself for myself!

    Thank you so much. I scare myself in the mirror all the time now, but I love how I can fit my old junior clothes.
    I started my weight lost in August 2012 at 320, but I stop in Oct at 290, and then restarted in Jan 2013 at 297lb. I've lost 61lb this year.
