Its Gone!!! (Women Mainly)
I saw this post about wanting a "Big Butt" and it made me sad, becuase not only have a lost weight, but ive lost my butt and boobs! Ive been doing sqauts for the past month "Wish Me Luck"
Any one else? Tell me there is hope that i might get my butt back!!! :sad:

I was still happy with what i had Mid Feb 2013
Okay here its gone! May 2013
June 1st 2013 ( This was a fail, becuase i was trying so hard to show it off, but i ended up making it look like im 6 months knocked up) Lol..

I don't know about boobs. But you can get your butt back by doing a lot of lunges, squats, and deadlifts! Good luck!0

To me, your butt looks exactly the same when I overlook how you're standing. Of course your butt looks bigger in the first photo because you have your legs kicked apart to push your butt out. The second pic its smaller because your standing with your legs together.
I agree with people suggesting squats and lunges, provided you can do them.0 -

If this is the case, the quality would far outweigh the quantity. Yes you lost your fat bum, but now you have a firm squatters bum.0 -
