    I love zumba and follow 2 teachers around who are so great! But I just got into MFP a month ago and the weight is finally coming off bc of what i'm eating now (or not eating!)

    I mostly do Zumba, but I do try to do a little strength training at least 2x a week. Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones was a huge help.

    I've done Zumba for a few years now, but it wasn't until I started using MFP that the weight started coming off. It really helps to have to hold yourself accountable for what goes in your mouth :)
