PB is good for you, but the body needs far more nutrients!

    No...

PB is healthy and full of good, heart healthy fats...but you need more for proper nourishment and nutrition.

No, not at all. Your body needs the right combination of protein/carbs/fat. You're just gonna be starved like that. And your body could go into starvation mode which is no bueno.

Take a look at my diary if you'd like. I think I eat a lot of food for only 1200-1300 calories a day. Along with exercise I continue to lose. Hope this helps. :)

um, no. may stay within calories but it's definitely not a healthy way to lose weight.

    No... fruits and veg required.

Sure! The key is to use strawberry rhubarb jam to get in both fruit and veggie servings. If you use cinnamon raisin bread you also get more fruit AND the added metabolism boost from the cinnamon! I predict you'rll lose two pounds a day, if not three.

Every day? For how long? What else would you eat?

Still no...you'd be low on protein, as well as lacking all of the dietary nutrition that comes from fruit and veg (beyond what a pill can provide). Just do this....

Maintain a reasonable calorie deficit from maintenance and eat more of this...

    and more of this...

    and less of this...

While occasionally indulging in some of this...

All the while making sure you're doing plenty of this...

    and this...

While keeping this to a minimum...
