Still no...you'd be low on protein, as well as lacking all of the dietary nutrition that comes from fruit and veg (beyond what a pill can provide). Just do this....

Maintain a reasonable calorie deficit from maintenance and eat more of this...

    and more of this...

    and less of this...

While occasionally indulging in some of this...

I recommend snickers. They really satisfy.

Seriously I hope you're joking. Obviously that is not healthy! :noway:

Throw some bananas on there like Elvis and you've got it down!

Seriously, one time all we had in the house was oatmeal so I ate a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast (btw, I don't add sugar so these were just plain oats with cinnamon) one for lunch and one for dinner and haven't touched the stuff since. Don't let peanut butter become your oatmeal, ya feel me?

On a positive note you will likely lose weight, albeit, it would be from consuming not enough calories...

Blasphemy! I love PB. I just wouldn't want a diet that consisted of PB and nothing else.

    I'm going to say NO.

Eating a balanced diet with correct portion size is my definition of "healthy". I'll throw in an addition of avoiding foods with added sugars.

Not really!! Your body needs different kinds of foods to stay healthy. PB and J is good stuff but you need different kinds of foods like fruits, meat, and veggie's and you are GOOD.

If you have to ask, then you already know the answer. Just sayin!

Yes, but you'll probably turn into Mr. Peanut. He's got a sweet monocle, so I wouldn't be too worried.

I wish eating pbj for every meal was healthy...I could easily go a week straight consuming nothing but pbj sandwiches...it would be awesome

I hate that phrase. I think I first heard it in "Rhythm is a Dancer" by Snap. I hated it then. I wasn't surprised to see it being listed as worst song lyrics of the year or ever or something.

apparently, I have been banned for seeing the obvious...

OP you probably can't see this since you ignored me..but if you are going to try and have a troll thread you need to throw in some element of truth mixed in with BS that will give everyone a rise....which obviously you did not = fail!

Any sort of "diet" of eating only a few things will not last and is basically going to set yourself up for failure. Eat a diet of well-balanced food, reduce cal intake, and slow -n-steady will win the race.
