pretzel chicken

crush pretzels to crumbs, dredge boneless white tenderloin chicken in dijon mustard. roll in pretzel crumbs. place on sprayed cokkie sheet and bake 20 or so minutes until crspy and browned. dip in honey mustard if desired. great plain without sauce too.
