Sugar...my arch-enemy!

I have been on this program for a week and I have noticed that I am having a hard time staying under the sugar requirements. I have already lost a pound, so I am doing okay to start, but I eat fruit and it has a lot of sugar in it. I don't eat high-fructose corn syrup or straight sugar, I usually eat things sweetened with agave, honey or coconut if I have a snack. Can anyone help me with this dilemma? Is anyone else having this problem?

Don't worry about the natural sugars. If you notice on some database foods there are multiple choices for the exact same thing? Some have the sugar omitted. This SHOULD be the case for fruits. I have noticed sometimes it is but most times it is not. The sugar you need to watch is the added sugar in things like cereal, granola bars, etc. Good luck!

    Totally agree with ashlee.
I usually have my sugar "requirement" met at breakfast.
    Nothing wrong with fruit!
(You're going to hear different from other people! There are others out there that have different opinions)
I have to enjoy fruit while I can afford it. Winter in Wisconsin isn't a great time to buy fruit.
