Nothing is strictly out of bounds for me, but there are types of foods that I eat less than others.
I probably eat eggs the most, followed by lean meats, vegetables, fruits and peanut butter. God, I love peanut butter.
I probably eat sweets the least of anything. I haven't had a cookie, brownie, piece of cake or candy bar in more than 12 weeks. I don't miss them though. I've simply replaced them with food that I like more and that is better for me.0

I've filled my pizza cravings by going with flat-out whole grain flat breads as the crust (100c), Organic sauce (70c), turkey pepperoni (70c), skim mozzarella and parmesan (100c), onions, broccoli, etc. You can eat a whole pizza for around 350-400 calories and satiate your craving in the process.0
