just started using branch chain amino acids and wow I can really tell difference working out...any one else using them

    Yep. They really help me on fasted lifting days. Or when the session goes 2+ hours.

    Honestly - I didn't notice as much a difference as when I upped my calories.

    I use them as an intra workout. I seems to me like I recover faster using them.

    I take about 5 gram 10-15 min before and 5 grams intra. I am not sure if they help or not but I will continue to take them

    Scivation Xtend for me. Used to take 7g intra workout and 14g throughout the day.

    Now I'm doing 10g preworkout, 10g 2 hours after and 10g 2 hours after that.

    I have seen a huge difference in my recovery since I started using a protein powder with 5500mg of bcaa every day.

    I knew it was supposed to help reduce muscle breakdown but I didn't know it competed with L-Tryptophan in the brain.

    being on a low calorie diet it seems to really help my workouts and recovery..there by far one of the better supplements I take
